About

What excites me about Design?

It’s the potential to transfer information into someone else’s mind! Telkenisis…

I am a Product Designer who is comfortable and interested in discussing business strategy, understanding margins, digging through conversion metrics on all channels, listening in on customer support calls, and finding pressure points that could help inform not only our Design but also sales, marketing, customer service, etc. My job is not only to build a product or a feature but also to ensure that I understand the bridge between the business needs and the user needs.

My mindset is not to be a “user experience designer”, but instead a “customer experience designer”. I believe it yields higher value transfer to the company and the customers. It is the surest way to get massive business buy-in for precious company money to re-invest into Design.

Writing

2023

Add a feature to the existing app which acts as an extension of our social life because many people including myself attend live events to spend time with our loved ones and create a sense of community within our niche! To capture that whimsical euphoria that stays with us beyond the event experience.

2023

I still find Instagram’s UI very bulky, expansive, and inadequate in features.

What is the Problem?

2023

My only problem is with its UI right now. Like seriously, it’s such a popular and widely used platform and therefore it should be very intuitive, with no extra steps or clicking. The information or resources should be rightly available without having to look for them.
