At Intercom, I’ve led foundational redesigns in product IA, workflows, messaging, and automation, driving efficiency and adoption for thousands of customers. Previously at Microsoft & Adobe, I built enterprise-wide search, analytics, and collaboration tools, influencing millions globally.
Work Experience
• Restructured Intercom’s product IA, simplifying navigation, improving discovery, and increasing self-serve adoption.
• Led the redesign of Intercom Settings, consolidating 80+ fragmented settings pages into a structured, intuitive experience.
• Shipped a global search experience (Command + K), enabling users to navigate the product effortlessly.
• Revamped email as a support channel, closing critical gaps to reach parity with Zendesk and improving retention.
• Built multilingual real-time translation for seamless customer conversations across languages.
• Optimized workflows setup and template experiences, increasing workflow adoption and activation rates.
• Revamped SLA (Service Level Agreements) tracking, introducing response time metrics for tickets and conversations.
• Designed and shipped Merge Conversations, enabling teams to consolidate duplicate customer interactions.
Focused on clarity at scale, making complex systems feel simple and intuitive for thousands of businesses.
• Led Search - specifically auto-suggest and query formulation experiences for Microsoft Teams.
• Led design for FRE and Public groups for Microsoft Kaizala.
• Designed the Admin and Analyst experiences for Microsoft Viva Insights.
• Designed dark mode for Microsoft Excel on ioS.
• An active contributor to the internal Fluent design system & illustration team.
Originally my internship project, I was instrumental in conceptualizing and building the “Liquid Mode” on Adobe Acrobat.
