My duty was website design. I worked in cooperation with a product manager to improve metrics, test hypotheses, and introduce new features. I launched a personal account for business customers and grocery/advertising collections. I updated the main landing page. Due to this, the conversion to the "select address" was increased by 23%.

I started to implement new branding on the web and social media. I helped hire a Chief Marketing Designer and team lead for myself and other product designers. I participated in a/b experiments, conducted researches and tests. I worked closely with front-end developers and QA engineers, we looked for problems in interfaces and found optimal solutions.

I created and defended the visual concepts of sites and services for global brands, banks, media. I participated in tenders and pre-sales, helped launch the first internal agency project. I talked a lot with business customers personally — found out the needs, defended the best solutions, found a compromise. I improved my speed and quality of work.

Here I grew from an intern to a lead designer. I helped the team become TOP-1 in the development of industrial sites, TOP-2 creative agencies in the country and win many statuettes and diplomas. For example, we got the Site of the day twice at CSS Design Awards for www.vympel.group и www.ogis.vympel.group

I learned how to work in different styles and set the right direction. I set tasks and gave art directions for illustrators, 3d, and motion designers. Together with the Creative Director and front-end developers, we followed the global trends in design and development and applied the best solutions in practice. We won major tenders, including for the creation of a design system for the Severstal Group.
