Assigned to the Time Tracking team, my role extends to shaping the user experience for pivotal features like time tracking, reporting, and invoicing. Focused on refining the core time tracking functionalities, elevating not just the features but the overall user experience within our tool.
Assigned to the Distribution squad, served as the sole designer dedicated to optimizing the outreach of Pier to new clients and partners. Spearheaded a significant project focused on crafting an entirely new experience for sellers in automotive stores, with the goal of incentivizing collaboration for insurance sales. Pier stands as the pioneering insurtech company in Brazil.
Elevated the merchant journey within the Ops Squad by refining the admin tool. Designed a seamless Uber Direct delivery integration, revamped the finance dashboard for a user-centric flow, and and played a pivotal role in creating the organization's first Design System.

The “tracked vs. planned” view provides detailed comparisons, enabling real-time adjustments for better project outcomes.
