Work Experience

Hamburg, Germany

I lead end-to-end design for core features in the time tracking sphere, ensuring a seamless user experience. In addition to my design responsibilities, I have taken on a product management role within my feature area, aligning design decisions with business strategy and product vision. I contributed to the development of the company’s design system, establishing scalable and consistent design patterns. My focus on documentation has improved team collaboration and onboarding efficiency. I also regularly contribute to design critiques and cross-functional discussions, enhancing alignment between design, engineering, and product teams. Additionally, I established the design chapter, creating a space for designers to share knowledge, collaborate, and grow together, strengthening the overall design culture within the company.

I was responsible for enhancing the user experience and interface of the dashboard, ensuring clarity and usability for customers. I played a key role in developing and refining the design system and design operations, optimizing workflow efficiency across engineering and product.
