Work Experience
Qonto is the leading European all-in-one business finance solution, with over 450 000 users. For two years I made significant contributions to the onboarding design team that required a senior expertise, including :
-
Revamping a complex KYC provider experience, ensuring compliance in the EU market.
-
Designing a streamlined onboarding process for new company creators, eliminating the need for a new account.
Currently, I collaborate as part of the design system team on an entire overhaul of the core navigation components in order to actively reduce the design debt of the product. This project aligns with the CEO’s business strategy to reposition the product to become a true all-in-one business finance solution. This involves daily coordination with international stakeholders from Germany, Spain, Italy, Serbia and France
During my time at the french government, I trained teams at the Ministry of Interior to adopt user-centric design for the web immigration platform and enhanced understanding of immigrant preferences and needs among the teams.
National leader of sensitive data storage and encryption in France, Docaposte is currently reimagining all of their product's experience. I joined the Pollux innovation team to help creating their new design system that would be the foundation of a more visually cohesive future for the company.
At Deezer, I gained valuable experience in design system maintenance for a large-scale product and design team.
Education
I graduated from a 5-year pluti-disciplinary Master’s Degree course aimed at understanding the different fields of expertise required to build a successful tech product. This included front-end and back-end engineering courses, product design courses, SEO, CRM and Acquistion courses, as well as a final year spent learning the fundamentals of a Business Plan. This course was focused on directly applying the learned skills during our regular team projects, which usually involved lauching new products within one or two weeks, from business plan to MVP.
