Philip Cronerud is a creative director with a focus on bringing together product, brand, and marketing, based out of Los Angeles, with over 15 years of experience helping organizations grow and innovate through design, and 5 years of experience in cross-functional team leadership and management.
Philip has worked with Apple for almost a decade where he has been working for both Apple Hardware (Marcom SCV) and Apple Services (Marcom LA). At Marcom SCV he handled the global art direction and strategy for numerous devices and new initiatives. Seeing projects through the entire funnel, from packaging, retail, events, campaigns, art direction and launch keynotes.
While at Marcom LA he has worked on positioning and developing Apple Music working closely with artists, artist relations, marketing, and product. For the past few years he have been leading and managing the Apple Music design team, whose work has significantly improved the company's services as a whole and helped re-launch Apple Music, with a continuous subscriber increase.

I also played a role in setting up the inspiration team at Marcom, with the goal of bringing in creative minds like designers and other creatives to inspire internal teams.
A design studio specializing on bringing together brand, marketing and product. Clients include fine artists and institutions such as the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, Cobra Museum of Modern Art, EYE Film Institute Netherlands, and others.
A Dutch type foundry that offers both ready-made and custom typefaces for sale and licensing. Some of the customers include Pentagram, IDEO, MoMA, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Sagmeister & Walsh, Landor, Wolff Olins and more.
I worked on the design, and layouts of nine issues of Printed Pages, a biannual magazine published by It's Nice That. The magazine showcases inspiring creative work and projects from around the world and highlights the talented people behind them.
At Wieden+Kennedy I assisted in the establishment of the design studio alongside Joseph Burrin. We won multiple pitches for various international accounts, including Coca-Cola, Heineken, Nike, and Audi. The work throughout the years has led to numerous prizes and new business opportunities.
Side Projects
Art+Services is an art gallery. The gallery is dedicated to presenting contemporary art and artists’ books with a primary focus on conceptual, photography, pop, and performance art from the 1960s.
