Work Experience
1} Initiated and conducted a meeting with stakeholders to gain insights into their business goals, technical expectations, and overall strategy.
2} Based on the insights gathered from the stakeholders, I helped to develop a solidified business goal, value proposition, and strategy that would guide the design process.
3} Collaborated with a cross-functional team comprising developers, product managers, and UX team leads to create a user-friendly design that connects scholars with professors. This design was informed by the business goals and strategy we had developed earlier and was optimized to provide a seamless user experience.
1} Collaborating with my team members, we ideated and brainstormed to create a mobile app that allows users in different African countries to send money to each other seamlessly.
2} To develop an effective solution, I conducted quantitative research to gain insights into user problems and carried out a competitive analysis to understand our competitors and identify areas where we could improve.
3} Building on the results of our research, I developed a design that effectively addressed the user problems we had identified. This design was informed by the user needs we had uncovered and was optimized to improve usability and functionality.
4} Working as a team, we developed a range of deliverables to guide the design process, including an empathy map, user persona, user journey story, information architecture, wireframe, and high-fidelity prototype. These deliverables were carefully crafted to ensure that our design remained user-centered and focused on solving the problems we had identified.
1} I conducted extensive user research and analysis to gain insights into how we could improve the acceptance and usability of our product. Through this process, I gathered valuable information on user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
2} Working collaboratively with three designers and a developer, I helped to create a digital product that simplifies the process of cloth donation, allowing users to make donations from the comfort of their own homes. This project required close teamwork and effective communication to ensure that the final product met our design goals and user needs.
3} As part of the product design process, we created essential deliverables, including wireframes, user flows, personas, and high-fidelity prototypes. These assets helped to guide the design process, ensuring that we remained focused on creating a user-centered and intuitive product.
Projects
1} By observing customers at the pharmacy, I identified several challenges they faced, such as long queues and time wasting.
2} To gain a deeper understanding of these issues, I conducted both quantitative and qualitative user research. Through this research, I was able to identify the underlying causes of the challenges customers faced and gather insights on how to address them.
3} Building on the research results, I developed a solution that effectively solved the problems identified by users. This solution was designed to streamline the pharmacy experience, reducing wait times and making it easier for customers to access the needed medication.
4} To implement the solution, I designed a user flow, wireframe, and user interface that were highly intuitive and user-friendly. These elements were carefully crafted to guide customers through the pharmacy experience smoothly and efficiently, reducing stress and improving satisfaction.
