Drove standards across responsive web and native mobile environments. Matrix-managed team members during complex deployments for partners such as Apple, Samsung, and LG. Consulted and directed agency-driven campaigns with partners such as F&P, Sapient Nitro, Digitas LBI., Deutsch, and VML. Lead McKinsey and VML partners through digital transformation efforts which re-platformed and redesigned Sprint's sales, care, and app experiences. Developed Sprint's first design system as a means of scaling from an 8-person in-house team to a 30+ person in-house x agency talent roster embedded in a 300+ person digital organization.
