Paz Arando

Lead Product Designer in Berlin

About

Hola! I'm Paz, an experienced Product Designer with a diverse background in ux-design and leadership. Over the past 10 years, I have developed my skills in various environments, ranging from startups to large corporations and B2C to B2B products, while leading teams of up to 12 designers and researchers.

Over the years, my approach to design has evolved from user-centred design to systemic design approaches. This shift has been driven by the need to consider not only the user but also the financial, social, and ecological impact. To bring this perspective to the teams, I've facilitated workshops and circular design sprints, guided generative research studies, and mentored team members to improve co-creation dynamics and trust in the iterative process.

I believe in the power of design methodologies to tackle the wicked problems our planet is facing, and I'm willing to use my experience and skillset to explore how we design and craft a regenerative future.
