About

I’m a product designer with a knack for working in technical and collaborative environments. I’ve spent a lot of time building and maintaining design systems, but I’m just as passionate about creating seamless, user-centered product experiences. My work is rooted in empathy and a commitment to delivering designs that are both practical and impactful.

Work Experience

2020 — 2024
Remote, Spain

Worked within a dedicated team to maintain and scale a Design System for over 900 engineers and 30–40 designers across different time zones, over the course of 3 years.

⁃ Improved the design language for consistency and scalability.
⁃ Designed and improved components, patterns, and frameworks used across the company, starting with identifying the need and ending with supporting adoption and usage.
⁃ Created robust documentation and usage guidelines for all projects, patterns, and components.
⁃ Regularly brought up and presented initiatives to leadership forums.
⁃ Supported teams with design doubts and conducted design reviews.

But before that, I also worked on Dashboards and Data Exploration, where I drove the end-to-end design process of experiences in the dashboards, data exploration, and data visualization field, keeping them connected to the overall product experience.

2021 — 2021

UI Design Lecturer | User Experience Design Online Master

2017 — 2020
Barcelona
  • Designed features and services, owning the end-to-end process from early research and conceptualization to the smallest details across different platforms.

  • Developed a deep understanding of users to identify main insights or opportunity spaces, taking the initiative to propose ideas and solutions.

  • Documented strategy, critical design decisions, and trade-offs to address ambiguity.

  • Focused on Accessibility as part of the user experience and interface design.

  • Worked comfortably across different platforms: Android, iOS, and Web.

In addition to my contributions, I also had the experience of managing a small yet mighty team with 3 direct reports. I nurtured a healthy team culture, supporting professional growth, mentored the team on design processes and managed the team's workload, and supported the hiring process, being a part of every major decision within the design team.

2015 — 2017
Barcelona

As a product designer, I worked on the team responsible for monetizing the platform (iOS and Android) and on a heavy-duty web back-office for the moderation team.

  • Worked in a highly collaborative and agile environment.

  • Identified and solved problems directly impacting revenue and acted on opportunities to improve the product.

  • Defined problems & goals, mapped UX flows, prototyped interactions, and oversaw the implementation by partnering closely with engineering.

2014 — 2015
Barcelona

I worked in a fast-paced environment focused on developing and delivering new campaign ideas and art pieces at a regular cadence, for clients such as Levi's, Moët & Chandon, and Ray-Ban.
