Redesign of an app icon based on new product branding. The icon is designed entirely in Figma, and has tens of exports defined for both macOS and Windows, all served from 1 component.
The icon represents a label printer, so I took the opportunity to add more realism in the LED, labels, and backing paper with back side markings. Also added a tear off knife that was missing in the older design.
Removed from the original design is the paper that extends the icon boundaries. While this is possible and even encouraged by the Apple design guidelines, it is not common for Windows platforms. Having the paper inside the icon simplifies exporting to all platforms and formats.
Side Projects
Designed a new logo for the friendly members of the indieDev iOS Discord server.
Without a brief, I went for a familiar App Store-inspired style with an '80s wave vibe, evoking the early dawn for moonlighting developers.

Ølstrøm's second release Udrydde and b-side Overførsel, with the popular Takeover mix on the EP.
First single and EP released under the Ølstrøm moniker. Available on Bandcamp and all streaming services.
