Led end-to-end design process of the onboarding and KYC activation experiences from discovery through supporting development to post-launch activities as well as contributed to building our design system and key roadmap initiatives.
Spearheaded redesigns of the mobile app signup experience for 8 countries to increase conversion and user activation rate from 40% to 70% in 3 months.
Designed an ID verification feature to reduce the number of rejected KYC documents by 60%.
Pioneered over 6 features to increase user engagement to reduce rejections by 60%, and reduce customer support complaints by 20%
Conduct data analysis, usability testing and usability evaluation to design usable in-app experiences for onboarding and KYC
Collaborated with product, marketing and compliance managers to Implement the 2022 product design strategy. Worked with engineering to conduct design feasibility and support implementation and reduce pain points at handovers.
Collaborated with product owners to formulate product strategy to ensure designs adhere to regulations and are compliant.
Led designs of a B2B payment platform for healthcare professionals from ideation, and research to launch working with agile product owners and software engineers.
Initiated design critiques and design reviews to drive product direction
Collaborated with developer teams, product managers, and other stakeholders during different phases of product implementation including illustration reviews for products
Created promotional designs for mobile homepage. Worked with engineers to oversee implementation until launch and monitored data to capture and present to stakeholders

Collaborated with over 6 engineers including UI/UX designers to lead the implementation of a financial collections web and mobile driver management application through research, ideation to launch
Designed a web app to auto-flag erring bike riders; optimized operations for rider ops team and boosted the quality of 50k+ bike riders
Devised a POS solution to record remittances in the ride-hailing mobile-responsive native android app which facilitated over 100k remittances
Designed, prototyped and user-tested a fintech product used to enable payments for online businesses and marketplaces
Conducted user research, created wireframes and mockups to help standardize visual design across iOS, Android and web
