our videos need a hero so we've made a dream job for someone who deeply needs to be creative, who is great with a camera. we're searching for a video producer with a massive imagination who can shoot, direct, and edit scroll-stopping content that makes you think 'that was weird but I liked it'. you won't just be editing stuff, you'll be creating it with us too.

Why this is cool

our first video role! help us beat every other company's content (we're competing with cat videos on the internet after all, the real enemy) - the stage is all yours. you'll own all video production from concept to final edit. think brilliance meets chaotic fun meets maybe-we'll-get-an-Oscar-for-this. bonus points if you can handle a puppet without laughing (but we don't expect you to).

* phenomenal at directing and editing as you'll be at the heart of both
* a pro who could workshop startup blogs, product and tech news into show-stopping video extravaganzas
* very strong sense of brand, tone of voice, and creative direction
* fluent in internet trends, meme culture lives in your head rent-free

About the role

* direct, shoot and edit videos that make our audience laugh, learn, and maybe cry (probably in a good way). hopefully we won't cry. let's see.
* turn any location – whether an office, studio, hotel resort, or my living room – into a creative studio
* bring general shenanigans and vibes as the go-to person for anything video-related
* we don't mind if you're self-taught
* you must be able to shoot in cambridge (uk) at least once a week, with occasional trips to London and the odd offsite abroad
