This is a Founding Designer role for a Seed stage Fintech startup. There are a total of 6 people on the team and you'll be the 7th! The breath of the product is B2B and B2C, you'll have the opportunity to influence MVP and beyond, setting the north star for where the product should go. The founders are great to work with and have an understanding that Design is not in their wheelhouse and are eager for someone to take charge.

The role is hybrid with an expectation of going into the office a few days a week.

The comp range is 160K-220K, equity up to 1%.
