We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with a passion for elegant design, intuitive workflows, and big ideas to help us build the tools that drive the future of entertainment technology. 🛠️ Things you might do

• Reimagine workflows. Help media companies ditch spreadsheets and fragmented tools by designing experiences that make their work faster, easier, and more scalable.

• Own Molten’s design system. Create and maintain style guides, UI libraries, and frameworks that keep our platform consistent, beautiful, and functional.

• Simplify the complex. Translate intricate workflows into intuitive user experiences for rights management, licensing, and financial operations.

• Collaborate with engineers. Work closely with developers to bring your designs to life and iterate quickly based on feedback and testing.

• Talk to users. Dive deep into media workflows by conducting user research and usability tests, learning directly from industry pros.

• Prototype and test. Rapidly sketch ideas, build wireframes, and deliver high-fidelity mockups to test and refine new concepts.

• Keep us looking sharp. Design marketing materials and visuals that help tell the Molten Cloud story across web, mobile, and beyond.

• Design for dark mode. Build sleek, modern designs that shine in both light and dark themes—because we know creatives love working late.

• A UX/UI generalist. You’ve designed both workflows and interfaces, balancing function and form in complex tools like SaaS platforms or B2B web apps.

• Experienced. With 5+ years of design experience, you’re comfortable leading projects and working independently on live products.

• Empathetic. You’re curious about users, eager to understand their pain points, and committed to building solutions that truly make their lives easier.

• Pixel-perfect. You obsess over the little things—because they matter. But you also know that done is better than perfect.

• Entrepreneurial. You take ownership, embrace ambiguity, and move quickly to test ideas. Startup environments are your jam.
