About You:
You're a junior designer eager to break into the startup scene with a solid design background, passionate about being as close as possible to customers. You thrive in dynamic, adaptable environments and demonstrate resilience and proactivity. Your Role:
At Kiki, you will play a dual role that clearly separates customer engagement and product design responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience Specialist: From Monday to Thursday, 6-10 PM, you will manage user interactions via Instagram DMs during our peak activity hours, facilitating matches and ensuring a positive and engaging user experience.

  • Junior Designer: Starting in early October, you will provide ad hoc support to our senior designer. This is a pivotal role for integrating user feedback into actionable design improvements, tailored to meet our users’ needs.

This position primarily focuses on customer experience (80%) with junior product design responsibilities (20%). It allows for remote work or can be performed in our NYC office.
