About Gnosis

Gnosis, founded in 2015, has been a pioneer in building decentralised infrastructure for the Ethereum ecosystem. Notable creations include Safe, Gnosis Chain and COW Protocol. We recently introduced Gnosis Pay, a decentralised payment network enabling web3 developers to incorporate traditional payment methods like Visa. This advancement facilitates users to spend digital assets anywhere Visa is accepted, enhancing accessibility and usability in the decentralised ecosystem.

About you

We’re looking for a talented brand designer to spearhead our brand and communication design efforts, including owning the visual identity of Gnosis and our sub-brands, as well as elevating our profile online and at industry conferences around the world. This role extends beyond asset creation to encompass the ongoing development of the brand's identity and visual language and maintaining its consistency.  It is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a leading blockchain company through exceptional design.


  • Own and develop Gnosis’ visual identity throughout our growth initiatives and public-facing surfaces.

  • Develop and present diverse art direction concepts for multiple campaigns and products.

  • Produce a wide range of on-brand marketing collateral, such as landing pages, newsletters/emails, social media posts, print booklets, event booths with physical signage, while ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence.

  • Work in tandem with marketing, product, and engineering teams to weave a cohesive brand narrative and develop captivating content-centric products.

  • Own the visual identity of Dappcon, our annual flagship conference.

  • Design our events swag and promotional items.

  • Help shape the design culture at Gnosis by fostering a creative and forward-thinking environment and setting high standards for excellence and execution.


  • 5+ years of professional experience in brand and identity design.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing top skills and impeccable taste across marketing collateral, identity, web and print.

  • Excellent communication skills for presenting and explaining design concepts.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Humility and low ego.

A plus if you have:

  • Illustration skills (Procreate, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Familiarity with motion design tools including After Effects, Jitter or Rive.

  • Knowledgeable in 3D software such as Blender, Dimension or Spline.

  • Familiarity with Figma.
