About the founding designer role

You'll design our brand, design systems, and all customer-facing and internal apps. As founder, I've built hundreds of customer relationships and defined the 1st product, so you'll hit the ground running on day one. We'll build with customers, move quickly, and ship often. This role will be hard and require lots of travel. But know that your work will have a massive global impact. The products you build will touch millions of businesses, creators, and workers.

What I'm looking for in a founding designer

• Generalist, T-shaped product designer with acuity across all pillars from UX research to Visual Design

• Confident, resilient thought partner, excited to take on all facets of design at a startup

• First-principles problem solver and systems thinker

• Curious world citizen with empathy for other cultures

• Based in Miami or open to moving, and excited to collaborate in person daily to move fast

Criteria

• 2+ years of commercial design experience, working directly w/ engineers as the sole or lead designer

• 2+ case studies of built software design work, detailing your approach and how you made decisions
