Complex.so is an all-in-one task management app designed to help you stay organized, focused, and streamline your to-dos. It's perfect for both personal and team use, allowing you to track and assign tasks, set priorities, and manage all your projects in one place.

Our goal is to become the go-to task management app for individuals and small teams seeking a simplified yet powerful tool to keep track of their work/life.

About the Role

We're a growing startup, and over the past two years, our main focus has been on building a solid product (which there is now). Right now, we're concentrating on expanding the team and growing our user base.

We're looking to fill two key roles within our core (founding) team: one focused on growth (covering areas like SEO and activation), and the other on development.

It's crucial that you're proactive, creative and hands-on, as there’s a lot of work to be done in this stage of growing the business. As we expand, there will be opportunities to take on a leadership/management role.

Initially, compensation will be primarily equity-based rather than a salary. As the business grows and (more) funding is secured, this structure will evolve to include a salary. If this doesn’t work for you, but you’re a great fit for the role, we can explore starting with a part-time position.

What You Need

Growth role

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Growth role (or something similar).

• Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.

• An understanding of AI, and being familiar with tools such as Midjourney, Claude.ai, etc.

• Solid understanding of onboarding best practices, A/B testing concepts, and conversion rate optimization.

• A genuine interest in startups and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.

Developer role

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a full-stack development role.

• Strong proficiency in React/VueJS/Typescript/NodeJS.

• Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• A genuine interest in startups and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with (web) design and UX.

• Figma skills.

• Email campaign/marketing optimization skills.

• Deep Google Ads/Instagram ads knowledge.
