Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and exceptionally driven Performance Marketing Manager to execute our data-driven marketing strategies with relentless precision. You will play a pivotal role in maximizing ROI across all performance channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a hands-on professional with a proven track record of aggressively planning and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns—including SEO/SEM, paid social media, and display advertising.

This role requires a curious, outside-of-the-box thinker with a test-and-learn approach, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing and media trends. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and optimizing our marketing funnel with an uncompromising focus on execution and results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, paid social media, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Measure and report on the performance of growth campaigns, set by you, to meet KPIs (new revenue, pipeline, SQL, MQL).

  • Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on these insights.

  • Build and manage a continuous experiment pipeline to iterate on audience targeting, creative (both ad and landing page), and channel strategies.

  • Establish frameworks for testing, attributing, and analyzing campaign data, allowing for ongoing optimization.

  • Partner with teams across Product Management, Marketing Operations, and Sales to align strategies and maximize results.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B or SaaS digital marketing or DTC.

  • Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Experience in identifying target audiences and iterating on campaigns to find both quick wins and evergreen advertising motions.

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot is required.

  • Extensive experience with ad platforms such as META and LinkedIn (Hook rates, CTR, ROAS)

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4.

  • Proven track record in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.

  • Ability to tie advertising spend and performance to sales pipeline results.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
