From my previous position, I've moved up and taken more responsibility within the company by taking a major role in the biggest product of the company, Analyzify.
I am responsible for overseeing the development and launch of Analyzify's new version, managing the upgrade process and project delivery for over 3,000 existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, I provide client support, resolve technical issues, and lead collaboration efforts across support and development teams to ensure smooth and successful operations.
Eurus Concept is a one-stop website that brings Turkish furniture to the retail customer's door at any where in Europe.
I have been working as an e-commerce growth expert at Eurus Concept since 2020, which used to be one of the accounts that I've managed within Solverhood.
During the time period I've worked with Eurus Concept, we were able to reach the privilege of being the #1 retail furniture e-commerce company that focused solely on exports within Turkey.
