• I work on projects remotely. I conduct research and analyse findings to direct product decisions and prioritise features, I design the user interface for web platforms and mobile apps, and also carry out user testing to make informed decisions on what can be improved.

• Responsible for generating wireframes, prototypes and mockups- designed wireframes, hi-fi designs and prototypes based on user’s needs for multiple projects.

• Worked directly with a team of product designers on all Cretello’s digital products – the website, the customer-facing mobile app and the in -house web and mobile applications used to manage customer information and all service-related processes.
