30% of users submitted password support requests during setup or when changing passwords. Our improvements increased usability and reinforced Laika's position as a compliance subject matter expert. After implementation, password support tickets were reduced to just 5%, significantly improving user satisfaction and efficiency.

Tackling the challenge of enhancing the movie theater experience through personalized snack ordering. This mobile app reduces waiting times, offers customized snack options, and provides seamless in-seat or pickup delivery, elevating user convenience and satisfaction.

Empathy Explorers helps children develop emotional intelligence through interactive and immersive experiences. By making learning about emotions engaging and enriching, the app empowers young users with essential emotional skills. Through user research and thoughtful design, this project enhances both the learning experience and emotional development.

2021

This solo project was part of a 12-week General Assembly UX course. Initially, the goal was to create an app to help photographers analyze composition and framing. However, user research in the discovery phase revealed that the problem I set out to solve did not have a strong demand, leading to a strategic pivot in the project.

I started learning how to code and completed freeCodeCamp’s Responsive Web Design certification. Throughout that process it took me a bit to understand the differences between HTML tags that might have what appears to be the same visual outcome or purpose, but are used for different reasons.
