Hi, I'm Nidhi! I aspire to create innovative and empathetic experiences that inspire meaningful interactions across cultures and ideas. As a designer, there are two areas that I especially care deeply about: how technology can be translated into a more humanistic language and how to design products that are accessible and inclusive.

Leading the redesign for Austin’s iconic, 10-year-old arts foundation while collaborating with engineers and PM to transition from an outdated WordPress system.
Spearheaded the design of the Vendor History page, an enhancement to the platform, for 300+ Energy Companies. Utilized 35+ user research interviews and led conversations with 7 Subject Matter Experts for actionable insights, guiding the design process. Prioritized user validation by testing designs directly with stakeholders.
Directed the design for a unified UT housing platform, working closely with engineers and a project manager. Led the end-to-end process, providing detailed design guidelines for seamless front-end implementation.
Transformed a traditional decade-old paper system for Meals On Wheels Texas into a modern digital food delivery application. Employed comprehensive research methodologies and iterative user testing, crafting a user-centric interface, and enhancing system-wide efficiency by 120%.
