I led Design and managed creatives across all consumer pillars including Growth, Engagement, Trust & Safety. We strategized and shipped better experiences that included Feed, Profile, Notifications, Content Creation, Maps, and Login/Registration. This resulted in a lift in growth and engagement metrics and led to a measurably more delightful user experience.

Interim Head of Design across the org from 02/22-02/23

I led design at a data labeling platform that offered tools for getting labeled data for training ML models. We shipped numerous 0-1 updates to the SaaS platform that created new revenue streams. When Figure Eight was acquired by Appen, I partnered with a brand agency on a redesign and mobilized the team to build a design system. This experience taught me the nuts and bolts of AI/ML.

I led UX and managed designers at the iX NYC studio. I partnered with various clients to deliver products that leveraged Watson and Blockchain tech. Clients included Marriott, Coca-Cola, Bank of America, Citi

I led UX for a redesign of Citi's thankyou.com for 14 countries resulting in an unprecedented increase in redemptions and NPS. I helped establish lean processes that resulted in organic growth in digital capabilities. I also led UX for a redesign of massmoca.org
