Designed an action plan to boost user engagement and overall retention while leading an Agile team of 10 - 15 on the research, design, development, and launch of an updated website focused on Swedish non-profit Beela's program for immigrant women in technology.

Created a system for workspace organization that promoted alignment, motivated team members, and maintained organization. This system has boosted the community’s ability to manage concurrent projects, moving from two to thirteen in only a few months.

Kickstarted a community handbook crafted to guide new apprentices in going from zero experience in the field to learning useful and practical methods of organization and team communication.

Provided a 501c3 non-profit client, The Serious Type, with design prototypes to be pitched for funding by performing user research and designing a mobile social media experience and creative space to accompany their existing desktop platform.

Created a structural focal point for the design team by suggesting and concepting a card layout to act as a foundation for futher iteration and interaction.
