Work Experience
• Revamped and Expanded the Workforce Analytics Web App, which provides productivity metrics for leaders across AT&T
• Identified key attributes for providing automated role-based access control and executed hypothesis testing to validate each hypothesis about each attribute
• Delivered and automated several ad-hoc analyses to provide leadership with actionable insights
• Utilized Data Science/ML to predict and prioritize retail store leads and improve lead conversion rates using Salesforce Einstein
• Built a truth set library that facilitates machine learning model building for scalable and fast models that are imperative in the fraud space.
• Saved AT&T ~$10 Million by improving the integrity and performance of ML models that address digital mobility fraud
• Deployed multiple fraud models to a real-time orchestration platform on a monthly basis
• Became the only team member to participate in the full model development to deployment lifecycle
• Cross-collaborated with three different business units to create a data quality pipeline to improve ML model performance
• Created an automated executive report that computes a variety of metrics for ML models
• Self-learned and mastered crucial big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop and data pipelining tools in AWS such as EC2, EMR, S3, and Athena
• Built a pipeline to ingest and process data from the AT&T network to the cloud (AWS) in real-time
• Performed data analysis on AT&T DNS data and discovered novel cybercrime activity that the FBI has been recently investigating
• Co-created the AWS architecture needed to perform data analysis and build a datalake in the cloud
