PT Asabri (Persero) is an Indonesian state-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) specializing in social insurance and pension disbursements for TNI, POLRI, and the Civil Servants from Ministry of Defense, TNI, and POLRI personnel.

Throughout my 6-mont internship, I actively contributed to work across 2 divisions, gaining valuable insights and experience in various aspects.
Administration and General Affairs

Conducted financial administrative activities for the company.

Assisted in preparing insurance and pension payment accountability reports.
Customer Service Officer

Conducted the input of SPTB (Letter of Statement Identity) and client data updates.

Managed and archived circulation documents (dosir) by uploading them to the e-dosir system.

Served as a customer service officer.

Validated claim submission documents and processed claim requests.
Achievements

Updated data for 5,400+ clients based on SPTB (Letter of Statement Identity) using an integrated service application.

Digitized and organized 350+ physical documents for easy digital access.

Contributed in preparing pension and insurance payment reports (LPJ) by managing data from 11 partners.

Provided daily customer service support to 20+ clients for insurance claims and inquiries.

Processed 100+ insurance claims with precision and adherence to company policies.

Assisted 200+ clients with mobile app registration and authentication.

Conducted daily follow-up calls to 10+ clients, ensuring timely and transparent communication regarding claim status.

Received a final internship score of 89/100 with a rating of "Excellent".
Learning
My 6-month internship was an extraordinary journey, especially considering it was my first experience. Managed two distinct roles wasn't easy, but it provided me with invaluable lessons in adaptability. Other than that, able to interact with a diverse range of individuals with varying needs and personalities allowed me to gain real-world insights into consumer behavior.
Impact
Through my internship, I developed a strong sense of initiative and an insatiable thirst for new experiences. As a result, I took on a new challenge: redesigning Asabri Mobile application as my final internship project based on client feedback and needs gathered during my duty as a customer service officer.
