As financial bureau staff, I undertook three key responsibilities:

Assisting in Financial Management: I provided financial support to one department and one bureau, overseeing a total of 13 work programs. This assistance included allocating funds, preparing disbursement documents, submitting fund requests, and assisting with financial reporting.

Mega Event Treasurer: As the treasurer for the "Orasi", a student admission program, my role was establishing SOPs, recording transactions, managing budgets, processing disbursements, and generating financial reports.

Investment Management: I was responsible for managing the organization's internal funds through mutual fund investments.
Achievements & Contributions

Financial Management Assistance: Facilitated the absorption of 85% of the dean's allocated funds for work programs, ensuring effective financial utilization.

Mega Event Success: As "Orasi" program treasurer, I successfully collected 98% of internal committee funds from 182 committees, collaborating with 8 treasurers from each divisions. This was the primary funding source for the event.
