My career has focused on understanding the contexts in product ecosystems and the thinking behind quality user experiences. Over the years, I’ve worked on end-to-end products at early stage startups turning ideas to experiences people enjoy and drives business growth.

Projects
I enjoyed working with various teams, interviewing users and interacting with a variety of stakeholders to take on this redesign.
I learnt a lot on usability testing and how to effectively align user needs to stakeholders'.
PASE App - Mobile design built for a wider audience for providing access to learning for young individuals looking to enter into tech.
Led the redesign workshops for the pension tech company.
Initiated A/B Testing to the marketing team to capture key company objectives in design decisions and fix issues that affected users on the platform.

Led the ground-up design for the company website interacting with stakeholders, clients and team, to build an impactful company website.
After multiple stakeholder meetings and deliberations, we landed on a release that aligned with marketing and sales.
Side Projects
Working as a product manager for a local pharmacy to develop a pharmaceutical retail commerce mobile application providing access to medical drugs and service for customers. With the app, customers can browse through categories, select their desired items, and pay securely with various payment options.Delivery and logistics management is also designed using service design solutions.

Imagine your space in a virtual world. I have always wondered what it would mean to be connected and the opportunities that open for people around the world. Facebook(now Meta) recently announced a glimpse of their future for the metaverse — which is a concept of connecting a world of virtual communities where people can play, work and interact.
Features
After experiencing and dealing with mental health issues around December, I decided to think about how to approach building an app that provided a safe space for patients going through such issues. I designed Safe Space as an exploration into building a solution that provided help for those struggling and in need of a solution.
