Work Experience
Lead design for an internal startup at Labs focused on FinTech solutions within Web3, Crypto, and the Creator Economy.

Returned to BD, full-time, as an Interaction Designer on the Healthcare Diversion Management team.
Lead design for all current and future feature development for BD's flagship data analytics software, HS Diversion, helping hospitals monitor and track any illegal diversion of controlled drugs from their inventories.
Product Designer on the Healthcare Informatics team helping build a database management system that automatically updated and unified drug data across all of BD's client hospitals.
Designed and helped build ReCast's first mobile eCommerce shopping experience.
Built their design system, set up UX patterns, and collaborated with the dev team in building the MVP experience in six months.
Created a web-based design strategy toolkit comprising innovation theory, ideation frameworks, and downloadable resources for startup teams at Fidelity Labs to use.
