My role involves enhancing and restructuring various systems and services, including Najiz e-services, Tawthiq division systems, and self-service machines.
I oversee the development of prototypes, user interface design, and documentation portfolio services to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for our users.

• Launching multiple e-government services, including legal system tools
• The attorney system has undergone improvements to make it more user-friendly, resulting in an increase in user satisfaction from 83% to 97%. The system has over 1 million users/month and the improvements have had a noticeable impact on user experience.
• Digitization of key processes to enable convenient access to civil services such as registering marriage, divorce, newborn registration, etc...

Strengthened customer experience by developing and implementing robust digital banking channels, including the Alinma App, Alinma Web App, Alinma Corporate Web Portal, Ersal Mobile App, Business Central Web Portal, and significantly contributed to the success of AlinmaPay Mobile App and Self-Service Machines. These platforms have enabled customers to effortlessly conduct their banking transactions, providing them with a seamless and user-friendly experience.

I was responsible for leading and managing UI development, and UX design of Meras's projects that were provided by the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.

Led the development of visual and interaction design for a range of Qatar Charity applications and services, overseeing the design process from concept to launch. Through my efforts, several innovative services were designed and launched successfully, including the Zakaty web application.
My focus on user-centered design principles ensured that all products were intuitive and easy-to-use, while also meeting the needs of diverse user groups.

Build UI design of web applications and convert it into HTML pages with css and JS

• Attend Sessions and workshops of UI/UX design, working on UX process (Ideation, understanding brand and user, make user research, analyze and make user persona, design sitemaps-user flows-wireframes, launch and get feedback then back to analysis again and so on)
• UI/UX instructor to university students explain for them how you can design for apps and find best solution for the problem you build app for.

I underwent extensive training in app development for Windows 8, 8.1, and Windows Phone, which included attending workshops and presenting my app to AppFactory team leaders. This experience allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the platform and its nuances, and equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to create high-quality apps that meet the needs of users.
