Work Experience
I am currently heading design at Stargaze, the leading multichain NFT marketplace cum blockchain. I work with founders and senior team members and contribute to the strategic vision and product launches. Deep researching web3 user behaviour is a huge part of my job. We experiment & ship every week!
Being the right hand of the founder, I ideated and designed all of the core user journeys of this YC backed, multichain mobile wallet. Onboarding, Staking, Bridging and delegation and more – the first time in the industry. I also designed the crypto off-ramp physical card that is being used all over the world, it is now a fan favourite!
Amongst many things, I was responsible for building 200+ SEO friendly landing pages, on Webflow, for every feature that the platform offered. I was also involved in running design experiments for their to-be-launched AI product. Quizizz is a school black board alternative with 50M+ students and teachers in 150+ countries.
Side Projects
This is the first and only Defi recovery market - an exchange that sells traders of stolen funds ownership. The founders are investor bankers from ECP and GP and ex-Defi Research Analysts. Alongside them, I am conceptualising user flows and design for this entirely new marketplace.
Was consulted by the team to rewamp the design of the first-ever and only RWA marketplace aggregator, focusing on educating and getting users excited about owning real world assets. I revamped the asset pages, increasing engagement by 70% with unique displays for assets like real estate and fine art. I also tackled a 90% dropoff at wallet connect by creating a smooth, two-click onboarding process.
ICP is one of the top ten chains currently and I ideated and designed the entire flow for this analytics dashboard for ICP. The hypothesis is that by showing all the rewards one can and could have potentially earned will encourage users to participate more in staking and governance. While the basic first version is out, this version is being built by the team and will launch in May.
I was consulted by the founder of this NFT aggregator to be advised on best web3 UX practices, design hiring, and how to build & maintain a user-focused culture.
Worked alongside the founder and engineers to smoothen the NFT lending and borrowing flows, the first time in the industry.
I've lead all design work from the ground up to create a new defi product for the Indian masses. We had 5K users at its peak. YC shortlisted us but later had to shut down due to discouraging crypto regulations that came up in India at the time.
This was my first DAO experience and I designed branding assets, including logos, POAPS, merchandise, posters, and website graphics. I also contributed to establishing the foundational elements necessary for the DAOs success.
Designed logo along with logo manual for Botfrens as probono work, a token of appreciation to the efforts of the founder.
Projects
For a sunny summer adventure, I decided to bring my love for murals to life. I approached to my favourite cafes in the city, offering to add a touch of creativity to their walls. This not only marked my inaugural earnings but also became a profound learning experience for me. From sharpening negotiation skills to mastering resource optimisation, the venture honed my entrepreneurial spirit. It was a journey that not only injected vibrancy into the cityscape but also sculpted me into a more adept and creative individual✧
