I create digital experiences, conduct user research, and help craft design systems. I’m currently making digital tools for professional painters at PPG Industries.
Work Experience
I conduct interviews and user testing to capture and synthesize data, revealing key insights about our customers' experiences. I use that knowledge to design interfaces and influence processes–often by collaborating with developers and key stakeholders–to implement our ideas in the real world. I also support our design systems team by submitting and enhancing new components.
- Helped optimize a business process from 15 days to 5 minutes
- Designed PPG’s first “create an account online” experience
- Collaborated with a Researcher and PO to create the first service blueprint for “cash” customers
- Collaborated with a UX designer to design PPG’s first eCommerce platform
- Designed PPG’s first user-facing tool for importing customer accounts across databases
I provided creative campaigns, branding, advertising, and marketing to clients spanning a myriad of industries including healthcare, retail, power systems, professional and collegiate sports, and more.

I led a team consisting of designers, developers, and one researcher to design involveMINT's progressive web application (PWA).

A startup of Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) where I collaborated with various professionals, university staff, and technical personnel to help develop course programs and teaching methods for university curriculum. This curriculum was then pitched to nation-states as near turn-key education solutions when establishing new universities.
