Brought on as the primary and sole designer to advise and design on all new features and pages, while utilizing the new branding.

Built out a new style guide and design system with components for features.

Collaborated closely with product managers to build out new designs for the following features/pages: Navigation, Homepage, Landing Pages, Quick Add, Cart, PDP and PLP, Bundles and MatchMe Flow, My Account and Messaging.
Brought on as a secondary design resource to work closely with the Lead Designer to finish the following projects:

add in-store inventory module to the PDP (product detail page) while adhering to the updated brand design (color and fonts)

design 2 new landing pages for major brand collaborations with Dolce & Gabbana and The North Face.

update and migrate all Design System components and styles from the old branding to the new branding for the Skims mobile application.
Lead designer on 2 major business initiatives: EMR (Electronic Medical Record) Application & Website Rebranding/Design. Built Design Systems and a Design Strategy/Process for our new team from the ground up.

EMR strategy: built a React Native application for our telemed providers to help with decreased cost per new client approval by 30% while scaling across 15 clinic openings in 2023.

Website strategy: improved booking funnel and redesigned Landing Page helped drive media efficiency and booking leads by 12%. Modernized website with new branding by integrating builder.io a headless CMS to improve self-service tooling and autonomous site management for stakeholders ultimately saving the company $300k op-ex while designing reusable components to help with operational efficiency.
Led designs on major initiatives for the brand including: acquisition for new members through quiz and “add to cart” KPIs, membership retention strategy, and new launch of product Sport. Company valued at a billion dollars with product team contributing 500+ million revenue.

Focused on core KPIs of acquisition and retention— research, mock-up high-fidelity screens, prototype, user test, and iterate on project designs for two e-commerce brands: JustFab.com and Shoedazzle.com. Initiatives included: style quizzes, checkout, PDP interaction and “Add to Cart” gain metrics.
