Hi, I’m Rafay. I’m a Creative Producer. I love creative/digital tech and have a passion for entrepreneurship and the digital entertainment industry. I’ve worked on a variety of marketing, design, and technology projects with tech firms, startups, nonprofits, and more.
Besides coming up with lengthy bios, I am an avid GOT and Marvel nerd (this is an invitation to discuss all your movie theories with me). I love basketball and have been recently getting into boxing (yes, I watched Rocky and wanted to start boxing)
Projects
Kubota Canada is one of the industry leaders in agricultural &
construction heavy machinery. Every year, they continue their support of the Canadian Football League as a sponsor and do a tour across North America with their signature “Kubota Truck” to showcase their new activations and product line.
This time, they went a step further and explored using emerging
technology exclusively in this year’s installation setup.

- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns while meeting line of business targets.
- Successfully managed client relationships and goals across multiple lines of business, making critical decisions and recommendations to enhance campaign deliverables.
- Implemented efficient production processes for digital media asset creation, achieving a 100% project completion rate within specified deadlines.
- Actively managed a portfolio of 50+ campaigns yearly while overseeing a production team of 6 designers & creative engineers.
- Forecasted, tracked, and managed project budgets, revenue, POs, and invoices, and identified and communicated project risks to mitigate them.
• Planning, estimating, and scoping 6-figure projects for success through writing effective Statements of Work and Project Plans with the client and internal team.
• Resource planning and management, identifying and escalating potential problems in advance while running and monitoring several projects in parallel.
• Coordinating sprints with creative, UX, and engineering teams ensuring deliverables are on track and blockers are being addressed consistently and promptly.
• Suggesting creative solutions to the clients' problems.
• Building day-to-day relationships with clients, creative, media & other external partners.
• Identified & developed relationships with 120+ viral content creators on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and others internationally to create limited merchandise campaign collaborations generating $900k~ in gross sales this fiscal
year ($1 million by EOY projected). Negotiated all contractual agreements.
• Evaluated and followed up on existing pipeline of opportunities and took ownership of prospecting, signing, product development & campaign execution.
• Worked with a team of designers & manufacturers who created renders and samples of products to present to stakeholders, get feedback and iterate on.
• Upsold and cross-sold to existing clients to expand their product lines and increase average sales quota.
• Created & produced interactive, digital & emerging media experiences and games for brands and firms like Procter & Gamble, Singularity University, Kubota Canada/ USA, and the University of Toronto while producing weekly reports on spending, backlogs, and timeline progress.
• Designed & developed a live bespoke augmented reality & immersive media experience viewed across North America at 200+ locations during the active National Football League (NFL) season.
• Recruited & collaborated with teams of freelancers, contractors, and consultants in various fields internationally including but not limited to design, development,
marketing, UX, digital accessibility, and more. Managed scheduling, time allocation, and sprints ensuring backlogs were prioritized effectively.
• Effectively gathered requirements and maintained consistent communication with clients, product owners & stakeholders to ensure cohesive collaboration and implementation of any changes as soon as they were discovered/needed.
• Worked with third-party vendors internationally to source goods and services.
• Managed 160+ Red Cross certified personnel schedules, tasks, and priorities.
• Allocated budget to various initiatives throughout the year.
• Delegated responsibilities as needed to ensure regional targets were always met or exceeded.
