About

As a Senior UI/UX Designer with over six years of experience, I specialize in crafting enterprise-level solutions, particularly in the CCaaS and IPaaS sectors. My work spans close collaboration with product managers, developers, QA teams, and end-users to design comprehensive solutions from the ground up, ensuring seamless functionality across multiple areas.

Work Experience

2023 — 2024
Head of UI/UX at CX Fabric
Austin, TX

In the dynamic environment of a startup, I was responsible for end-to-end UI/UX design, overseeing everything from concept to creation. My work included designing a comprehensive customer portal for account, user, subscription, and system management, as well as developing a full orchestration designer with an API-first approach. Additionally, I led the design of a complete marketplace portal.

2018 — 2022
UI/UX Designer at CTIntegrations / Avaya
Austin, TX

At CTIntegrations, a provider of contact center technology (CCaaS) solutions, I took on multiple roles beyond my primary role as head of UI/UX design. I supported the Quality Assurance and Product Documentation teams, working closely with developers to ensure precise implementation of designs. I also held daily meetings with the Product Team to align on customer requirements and maintain progress on feature deliveries.

CTIntegrations was acquired by Avaya, INC in 2021 and I moved into the UI/UX team where I continued to work on CCaaS designs.
