Worked with client in leading customer social media and tech space to draft study protocols to establish end-to-end benchmarking for hardware wearable devices

Awards
In the 3.5-hour-in-person designation, led a team of 4 designers, defined and created a mobile prototype to help hearing-impaired people be more adaptable in the post-pandemic era.
