Myshop is an ecommerce product. It is one of the top 100 Russian online shops. The key segment of the shop is women who buy goods for their children. I worked as the lead product designer for two years in this company. I created the ERP products like CMS, Analytics, Email marketing platform & etc.

I was also a member of the growth and monetization teams as a manager. We ran experiments related to CRO & etc. on the website.

· I have doubled the C1 by changing the checkout & sign up form.
· I increased the AOV by 10% by changing the layout of the recommended products.
· I increased the AOV by 5% by changing recommendation system model.
· I increased the AOV by 10% by adding a new recommendation system model.
· I decreased the cancellations rate by 30% by creating new checkout features.
· I've increased my mobile customer retention rate by 30% by creating supafast mvp mobile app with push notifications.

Justfood is a healthy meal delivery service for every day. Together with the growth, acquisition and core teams, we worked on various issues related to improving the user experience. Together with the acquisition team, I redesigned the order form. It won in A/B testing on key business metrics. With the growth team, we launched new products — New Year's meals and a low-cost nutrition mealkit. With the core team we improved the self-service. In addition, I redesigned the CRM.

Growfood is a service that delivers healthy food to your home. I worked as a product designer in the acquisition team. By researching user segments, we were changing the first-purchase experience. We redesigned the order form and also launched experiments to increase the average check.

I was work through design problems from beginning to end, translating insights from research and analytics into concepts that form disruptive new features, and designing the detailed workflows and interactions required to make them a reality.
