I am a product design leader with a range of experience from small, early stage start-ups to working with FAANG/MAANG companies to explore new terrain.

In recent years, I've been focused on the challenges of scaling design teams while balancing Lean UX and Human-centered Design principles. Roles that demand a deeply collaborative approach with engineering are right in my sweet spot.

Leading Platform design at Justworks. We are pursing a mission to make it refreshingly simple to design, build, and deliver products quickly across a seamless Justworks. This includes efforts to continuously improve the cohesion of the experience to ensure customers encounter a familiar, high-quality product at every point in their journey.

2018 — 2022
New York, NY

Scaled design from a 4 person team to a 15 person team of design, research, and content pursuing a shared mission through process, ethos, and design systems. I managed both contributor and manager roles.

During my time leading the team we built the company from early paid product to rapid growth and an exit via aquistion.

Led Product, Design, and Data Science teams as interim leader while a new VP of Product was hired.
