I was one of the first members on our product design team. I played a key role as our team expanded from just 2 designers to over 10. My responsibilities included defining and establishing the role of design within our company.

• Defined and developed foundational design system components to streamline design work across the organization, helping shape the company's product design methodology.
Domain expert in Apple products. Led 14-member Computers sales team to #1 district revenue, #2 territory Apple revenue, and #1 district NPS through exceptional customer experiences. Individually generated $4.5mm.
