Projects
Formulating an intricate service and product strategy development plan tailored specifically for Lumiera, an AI consultancy, encompassing meticulous market analysis, innovative product ideation, and strategic service deployment to ensure sustained growth and competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
In our end-to-end supply chain mapping my team and I identified eight key areas of fragmentation that significantly impacted the supply chain visibility at a system and people level. Through a two-day co-design workshop with all stakeholders, including the MoH, we developed strategies collectively. Our priority was addressing the people-centric fragmentation areas, recognising their critical role in the supply chain.
My team and I created an interactive scrollytelling report that outlines specific actions required to attain the future objectives of MSF’s ICM unit. The report features a multi-layered strategy addressing various aspects of the ICM program infrastructure.
