Hello there! I was born in Shanghai and moved to Montreal in 2019. I am currently studying at UC Berkeley as an Undergrad. Outside of engineering things, I enjoy playing competitive frisbee and guitar (acoustic). I also play drums and an instrument called Handpan (look it up!). 🛸🛸🎶🎶

Work Experience
Designed and implemented a full-field flight coverage algorithm for unmanned drones using Python, Numpy, Matplotlib, and ArcGIS. Implemented Boustrophedon Cellular Decomposition and Dijkstra’s Algorithm from academic paper.
Develop and package a desktop application using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Electron, used to house the Python algorithm as executable files.
Researched the implementation of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) using PyTorch to improve the optimization of drone flight time and real-time recognition of damaged sites.
Coded everything from scratch.

Implemented a custom battery pack power optimization algorithm to maximize pack efficiency and power draw using Python and Numpy for a ~600V Li-ion battery used for electric race cars.
Led the design of the custom pack with EE integration on BMS and flex PCB. Passed multiple rounds of design review from Apple and Tesla engineers.
