- Execute development projects that range in complexity using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (and libraries/tools including Svelte, Sass, Vite, and Node.js)
- Code responsive and optimized web pages and content.
- Produce design deliverables such as sketches, wireframes, user flows, comps, and prototypes, using pen and paper and design applications (such as Figma and Adobe XD).

- Lead a team of 14 software support agents for a B2B SaSS product that is used by over 20,000 Self Storage facilities across the globe.
- Handled escalations and feedback calls for enterprise clients while providing an excellent customer experience.
- Built documentation and training material and then flew to Belize to train a brand new Tier 1 team for Storable Support for my product. This lead to a successful and efficient team that exceeded performance expectations on launch.
- Wrote internal documentation for technical troubleshooting purposes for multiple Storable products and internal processes.
- Reported support and product feedback data to product and development teams.
- Diagnosed and documented complex bugs for development review.
- Participated in bug juries and sprint reviews for my supported product.
