Just Curious About AI 🤔
Is a new interface needed for generative AI or agents?
What is wrong with the interfaces we have now? Can they be improved? What steps can be taken to make these changes widely adopted?
Since 1822, computers have largely followed the same paradigms, with only incremental improvements over the years. But what if we allowed computers to take on more delegated human tasks—like sending emails, booking an Uber or a hotel, or planning a week based on a family’s shared calendar? These are all activities that AI can handle faster and more efficiently.
This raises an important question that lingers in my mind: What is the next step forward in integrating computers into our daily lives?

Some ideas to ponder:
-
Do we need more AI specialized for specific tasks?
-
Should we create entirely new interfaces for AI, redesigned from the ground up?
-
Is there a need for a new kind of operating system tailored to AI?
-
Or perhaps a completely new type of device that redefines how we interact with technology?
There are more questions than answers right now, but I hope this sparks some thoughts in your mind.
