Work Experience
Created cutting-edge AI and machine learning-powered forecasting, analytics, and data tools to optimize Walmart e-commerce data analysis and drive increased sales.
Led the design and development of a digital platform Sidekick from 0 to 1, leveraging AI to enhance store operations, serving over 1 million users across 5,000+ Walmart US stores. Responsibilities included creative direction, strategic execution, cross-functional team collaboration, iterative design, user testing, and visual quality assurance.
Led research, strategy, design, and implementation of redesigned Price Changes app in MVP and following feature enhancements, released to all Walmart US stores and leveraged by over 350 Canadian stores, resulting in $100 million savings.
Led strategy, design, and execution for key features in the Me@Walmart app, including fulfilling online orders, RFID, Fresh Production, Claims, Metrics, etc.
Organized and conducted 15+ accessibility (A11y) workshops, training 50+ designers and enhancing over 100 projects with A11y annotations. Launched Walmart's first A11y annotation library and integrated A11y checks into product development.
Led design and execution for Inventory Management App in 5,000+ international Walmart stores across 8 countries.
Redesigned launcher layout for store handheld devices, improving efficiency and released in Japan and Canada. The project and myself got recognized at the organization's All Hands meeting.
Analyzed research and implemented experiments on machine learning influenced by culture. Assisted with establishing the experiential space for the exhibition.
Co-designed Singapore Woodlands Health Campus Appointment app and Pediatric Magnetic Resonance Accessory. Responsibility includes research, workshop analysis, high-fidelity design.
