About
Design is my means to create intuitive experiences for users to have immersive and intentional interactions. I enjoy storytelling through designs and have a penchant for learning and a love for problem solving.
I recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Interaction Design. In parallel with my program, I have held several UX and Visual Design roles across in-house, agency and freelance teams.
Through these experiences I have learnt to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams and empathize with users while keeping in mind business goals.
Projects
Work Experience
Worked as a part of the greenhouse design team, the umbrella tool which covers aspects regarding the creation of articles to managing the users and various features related to the publishing domain
Designed the user management flow consisting of creation of new users and the addition/management of permissions for new/existing users
Redesigned facets of the config manager flow to improve user experience by optimizing the navigation and presentation of features
Worked with PMs and a Senior Researcher to create research plans and enhance interfaces through collaborative design
Worked cross-functionally with Developers, PMs and Senior Designers
Created components for the design system such as an unexpected error modal and proposed designs for a new date picker and calendar component
Rotated across Travel, E-commerce and SuperApp, three sub-teams of the Product Design team over the duration of 9 months
Designed crucial flows pertaining to unified post-booking experience, flights booking and merchant masterflows for ecommerce
Conducted User Testing and QA of various features
Worked cross-functionally with Senior Designers, UX Writers, Researchers, Product Managers and Software Engineers
Created and maintained components on the Design system and Widget library for various LOBs
