We collaborate with mission-driven companies to support their entire ecosystem, and design holistic interactions across the complete experience. We’ve played a role in creating new experiences for AstraZeneca, Novartis, and Takeda, as well as Truist, Nuvei, and JP Morgan.

As a founder and board member, I'm proud to join our community to inspire, facilitate, and guide the safest methods to achieve zero school violence. Currently lead communications, design, and innovation to evolve the community, and scale partnership opportunities.

Collaborated with leadership across biotechnology research, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and next-gen healthcare technologies to design human-centered products, apps, websites, AI systems, and patient tools.

Led design upgrades of Truist's Wealth Onboarding process. And enhanced their Consumer mobile app to boost overall usability, flow, and interface.

Played a key role in shaping Paya's suite of financial products and services with a focus on SaaS for non profits, healthcare providers, and education software (Nuvei acquired Paya in 2023). Collaborated with product, engineering and customer support leadership to create a dynamic Design System built for scale.

Designed a unique AI engine to help recruiters find, sort, and rank ideal candidates. The cognitive system was engineered to operate more like a human than a computer, giving recruiters more time to do what they love — interact with people.

Washington, D.C.

Created the first USPS Sales Community with Salesforce. Designed a modern Business Portal for the USPS with Oracle. Designed USAF’s first app platform with ServiceNow that gave 600,000+ personnel the power to manage operations from anywhere, on any device.

Designed the first digital community for the NFL Professional Athletes Foundation which has grown to support, inspire and strengthen over 4,500 former players, and their families. Contributed to the growth of several private, and early-stage technology companies.

Philadephia, PA

Led all digital creative and technical efforts for TD Bank North America, King's Market's and Balducci’s. Expanded the PA Wine & Spirits’ business reach, and transitioned it to a fully digital marketplace.

2010 — 2012
Kansas City, MO

Guided digital, social, and content creation for Southwest Airlines. Board member of Revlon’s Connections Planning Initiative. Led the digital transformation of Pioneer Seed, a leading advanced plant genetics developer and supplier. Oversaw the launch of Radisson’s first mobile app which shot to #1 in app stores in record time.

Joined in-house teams to push the limits of how digital campaigns could personalize content for St. Farm, ran multi-million-dollar pitches winning GNC, and the U.S. Air Force, and created new technology to expand PA Tourism.

Co-founded the D.C. digital department, and led new business, growing revenue to $12MM, earned recognition from top industry awards. Led digital creative, and campaigns for McDonald's, Amtrak, U.S. Treasury, and Colonial Williamsburg, producing award-winning work earning millions of dollars, and countless hours of earned media attention.

2001 — 2003
Sunnyvale, CA

Designed, and managed several global properties including Yahoo! Sports, Autos, Personals, and Movies. Also part of Yahoo!'s pioneering desktop global live-stream of the FIFA in 2002 games from South Korea, and Japan. Experimented, and launched dozens of early rich media experiences for global brands, and movie studios.

2011

Washington Area Women's Foundation is a movement to attract a new breed of socially connected donors based on the insight that when we invest in women and girls, we all grow. As a result the average donation size was up 35%.

2009

Drunk driving in PA was at an all time high, putting not only the passengers at great risk, it's outcomes destroy families, and leaves the teenage driver with the often unbearable weight to carry as reason for in many cases, death. Full Apologies was a campaign designed to allow drunk drivers to apologize on the web, which reached teens like never before.

Support this wonderful foundation, created by Jim Koch of Samuel Adams. Mentor local food and beverage entrepreneurs in the D.C. area with brand, and product design to fuel their growth, and shape their futures.
