Work Experience
Building a new self-service experience that empowers plan admins to manage their ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan) offerings from start to finish, significantly reducing dependence on Fidelity Operations. The solution offers global real-time data, actionable insights, and automation to make the entire process more efficient and streamlined.
As part of a small design team, we collaborate closely with multiple dev teams across different time zones to implement a lifecycle experience one block at a time. Planning, strategy, communication, and detailed prototypes play a key role in aligning such a large team on this ambitious project.
Additionally, I am working on a mobile-first enrollment initiative to simplify the process for hundred of thousands of Fidelity users. This is a breakthrough for Fidelity, transitioning from a complex, desktop-only enrollment system to a more accessible mobile experience for accepting employer-awarded stock.
Designing a future state app for a large governmental body.
I am the lead designer on this ambitious project working as part of a team of 20+ designers, analysts, developers & testers. We are building an app to consolidate 100+ siloed apps using data and automation to improve workflow and processes along the way.
As part of this project we are also embedding accessibility into the state body through workshops and presentations leveraging WCAG principles.
In tandem we are building a design system that will shape the future of the body.

During my time here I was lead designer of the agency's rebrand.
Collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analyst’s & Dev teams to create and improve Unum products. While working at this Fortune500 company I was the sole UX Designer responsible for a project that earns ~$90 million worth of revenue for the company annually.
Outside of my day to day in Unum I built a career website for the Irish office which successfully helped the HR department recruit 80+ hires.
Working with clients nationally & internationally creating identities. Designing solutions to help their business logistically and financially. Regularly collaborating with other designers, developers & photographers. Working in-house with agencies on important large scale projects.
