I’m a designer but I like to call myself a "People watcher". You might wonder why. Because I learn everyday by watching people around me, how they interact and use their devices.
I worked in different fields from printing to book production, industrial design and design development itself. Able to manage the graphic design process also based on guidelines provided by an external entity. Great abilities of supervisioning teams in a directing capacity, passionate about technology and people, especially the relationship between them, I love food (eating and cooking), wine, of course, and listening to music.
I am a visionary and a team player always willing to go the extra mile. I love working in team and share opinions when working together on a project. I always loved drawing, still today I like using pencil and paper before Sketch or Illustrator.
Side Projects
I never stop thinking about a new way to engage users. Introduce a collaboration behaviour between sellers and influencers.
Is a real-time, interactive experience that enables Depop sellers to introduce and sell their collections to the Depop community in a live fashion. With Live Shopping, promotions only last as long as the live stream is active; sellers act as their own model and/or demonstrator, showing all of the attributes of the products they are selling, thus offering the equivalent of an in-store shopping experience.

Work Experience
Working hands on to provide work that expertly delivers on clients real problems and delivery experience to balance the conflicting needs and complexity of building products. Helping recruiting and diversifying the product design team and building out a new research team. Leading and facilitate meetings to inspires clients and acting as a partner and advisor, helping them understand what is possible and also being clear on the pragmatic next steps to achieving the vision as it needs to be.
Facilitating cross-discipline sessions to uncover and evolve the product work and guiding/overseeing the development of user journey maps illustrating user needs, pain points, and business opportunities.
I’m accountable to drive innovation in terms of Product User Experience, working alongside with the CTO, VP of Innovation, Design Director, Creative Director to ensure consumer requirements and needs identified by Innovation efforts can be seamlessly incorporated into the main Depop product. I also works with the C-level to identify and develop innovative product features and users experiences, as well as overseeing their implementation.
Develops the skills of UX/UI design team members to support business needs and individual career aspirations. Develops talent through coaching and mentoring, and provides support and guidance to UX design team.

In 2020 I kicked off the Accessibility project here in depop, working alongside the Head of Product and Head of Mobile to make sure all our products are accessible.
Leading design team and together with VP of Product defining product strategy, managing relationships with a multi-disciplinary team (development, product and marketing) to ensure the quality of the product.
My day to day is all about designing for experiences that solve real problems, in a simple way for our users. I love working with teams to humanise digital products.
I manage the design team responsible for the Depop apps (iOS/Android). Our work aims to build and support our community and help them to build their own brands.
I had the great honour and opportunity to create since the beginning, together with the founder Simon Beckerman, the Depop app. From a bunch of guys, Depop is now a renown company with more than 280 employees and with headquarters in London. I spent the last 4 years in Depop (Startup) to make it grow, and succeed.
Not A Num is a multidisciplinary team with a strong background on design, web & mobile development, pervasive game design, storytelling. Whether it’s the early development of an idea or the effective redesign of an established concept, our multidisciplinary approach focuses on simplicity, clarity and originality. With each project we bring together experience, technology and passion and our lateral thinking approach.
H-Farm is a Venture Incubator; our mission is to accelerate the development of Internet startups via a combination of seed investment and incubation services.
The Venture Incubator is a hybrid model that reflects the dual soul of H-Farm: that of Venture Capitalist and that of Incubator. As a VC we invest seed capital, granting the finance necessary for the early stage activities; as an incubator we provide a series of services to speed up the business development: an inspiring workplace, centralized general administration, press office, human resources, legal and financial consultancy; H-Farm partners support the portfolio startups throughout their incubation assisting them defining commercial strategies, business plans, partnerships and exit strategies.

Design and Visual Communications, Human Interactions
Thesis title: «How we can call us HI Designers: emotional-aware interfaces for higher user bonding.»
The thesis also explores the use of new low cost technology to automatically detect these emotions. The long term aim is to create a system that is capable of recognising a person’s emotional states and possibly regulating or enhancing them.
